The team at Precision Group want to wish you all the best for the New Year…and to thank you for your support over the past year.

To aid your post New Year recovery and help you be more successful in your business life, Precision Group is rolling out major changes to product. Delivery is as good as always, but the product is better than ever.

NEW ASSESSMENT

We are phasing in over the next six months a new 'mix and match' model in that you select the activities to meet the Candidate needs for RPL, student or employed person assessing. No longer will you need RPL docs for the competencies you offer, you can use the various other tasks in the assessment for 'gap' assessing after training or where you are just not sure of the Candidate competency and provides consistency for assessing.

NEW SIMULATED ONLINE BUSINESS

Gone are the days when you need to struggle to find ways of assessing Candidates for business units when they are not employed. Not only does the new assessment style cover this, but we have introduced a simulated online business for the Candidates to use to complete their assessments in a business environment!

The simulated online business access is provided for 6 months from date of purchase to the Facilitator when a Facilitator Pack is purchased and an access for 6 months from date of purchase for each Candidate Pack. AND it costs you nothing! Additional time may be purchased if needed.

BUT WAIT THERE'S MORE...

Where ever possible the Required Skills and Knowledge have been addressed through questions, model answers and tasks! There is a literacy and numeracy assessment in each assessment requiring one at all levels and an Assessment Matrix! Another plus for the RTO working with student Candidates!

We have employed a NARA auditor to independently audit a number of the competencies and they have passed with excellence – as you would expect, and we will continue to get our assessments randomly audited.

NEWS FLASH

Precision Group is working very hard to make the training and assessing environment the best and safest it can be for you and your Candidates. Therefore, if you find that one of the new model assessments does not meet audit requirements – let us know! We will work with your auditor and correct if necessary.
